At GOL, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your bottles arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping Within Canada

Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary Canada-wide shipping on orders over $100 CAD.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100 CAD and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 1–3 business days
  • Western Canada: 3–6 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and destination.

GTA Local Delivery

We offer complimentary next-day local delivery within select Greater Toronto Area regions.

Eligible postal codes will automatically qualify at checkout.

Age Verification

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from GOL.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery. Orders cannot be released without age verification.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • absence at delivery,
  • inability to verify age,
  • or incorrect address information,

the package may be returned to the carrier facility or returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within Canada.

We are currently working toward international availability and hope to serve you worldwide soon.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at:

Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of alcohol products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have shipped, except where required by law or in cases of damaged products.
