GOL was inspired by Persian botanicals, rituals, and hospitality traditions, interpreted through a modern Canadian craft gin.

GOL is crafted using all-natural ingredients and Persian-inspired botanicals. Each Saffron expression contains more than 1 gram of real saffron infused into every bottle, with approximately 0.3 grams of additional saffron threads inside the cap. Our Orange Blossom expression contains approximately 2 grams of real orange blossom infused into each bottle, with an additional 0.6 grams inside the cap. Every bottle is crafted to deliver a layered botanical experience inspired by Persian flavors and rituals.

GOL is crafted in Ontario, Canada.

We offer complimentary local delivery across most of the Greater Toronto Area and Canada-wide shipping where permitted by provincial regulations. Orders over $100 qualify for complimentary expedited shipping across Canada. GTA deliveries are typically completed within 1 business day, while Canada-wide expedited shipping usually arrives within 2–6 business days depending on location.

Yes. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at delivery. Orders can only be accepted by individuals of legal drinking age.
