Zaferan Dawn
Inspired by the saffron fields of Khorasan — where the first light of morning falls over endless rows of crimson flowers and the air carries the warmth of one of Persia’s most treasured harvests.
Zafaran Dawn was created to let saffron unfold slowly: golden, delicate, and quietly powerful. As the saffron ice melts into the drink, new layers emerge — soft citrus, subtle sweetness, and the deep floral warmth of Persian saffron.
Clean and luminous, it captures the calm beauty of sunrise in Khorasan — still air, golden horizons, and the beginning of something timeless.
“Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.”
— Omar Khayyam
Shiraz Nights
Born from the warm evenings of Shiraz — where gardens breathe orange blossom into the night air and conversations linger long after sunset.
Shiraz Nights is a bright and delicate expression of GOL, built around sparkling water, citrus, and floral softness. Light in appearance yet deeply aromatic, it captures the feeling of a Persian summer night: calm, romantic, and endlessly alive.
A drink made for slow moments, shared stories, and nights that stretch a little longer than expected.
“Last night, the moon came to my door in the robe of a friend.”
— Hafez
Maharloo Bloom
Named after the pink waters of Maharloo Lake, where salt, wind, and fading light turn the earth into shades of rose.
Maharloo Bloom drifts between citrus and blossom, carrying the brightness of grapefruit, the softness of orange blossom, and the quiet sweetness of Persian gardens at dusk. Cool, sparkling, and gently aromatic, it captures the feeling of evening air moving across still water beneath a fading Shiraz sky.
“The fragrance of flowers lingers on the hand that gives them.”
— Saadi Shirazi
Orange Blossom
Orange blossom has long perfumed the gardens and courtyards of Persia, where citrus trees bloom beneath spring skies and their fragrance drifts through evening air. Delicate yet luminous, orange blossom became a symbol of renewal, hospitality, and quiet romance across generations of Persian culture.
In cities like Shiraz, the arrival of blossom season transforms entire streets and gardens with its unmistakable aroma — soft citrus layered with floral sweetness and fresh spring air. For centuries, orange blossom has been infused into teas, desserts, and traditional Persian gatherings, carrying with it memories of warmth and celebration.
At GOL, orange blossom is one of our defining botanicals — bringing brightness, elegance, and a floral softness that lingers gently on the palate. It captures the spirit of Persian gardens in bloom: vibrant, timeless, and deeply inviting.
Saffron
Saffron has been woven into Persian culture for thousands of years — treasured not only for its vivid color and delicate aroma, but for the feeling it carries with it: warmth, celebration, and quiet luxury.
Harvested by hand at sunrise from the crimson flowers of Khorasan, saffron was once traded along the ancient Silk Road and served in royal courts, poetry gatherings, and Persian feasts. Its aroma is subtle yet unmistakable — floral, earthy, golden, and deeply comforting.
At GOL, saffron stands as one of our signature botanicals, bringing depth, warmth, and a distinctly Persian soul to our gin. More than an ingredient, it is a symbol of heritage — delicate in form, yet timeless in presence.
